Renee Cook was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. She attended Northern Illinois University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then obtained her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana, in only two and a half years.
Following law school, Ms. Cook was a prosecutor with the Winnebago County States Attorney’s Office for seven years. She moved to Jacksonville Florida due to her husband’s employment. Ms. Cook is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida. She currently works in the Complex Litigation Department handling pre-litigation matters on National cases. Ms. Cook is on the Board of ACEDS, the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving and spending time with her husband, family and pets.
